Cancellation Policy

Forfeit 100% if guest cancels within 30 days before arrival date.

Forfeit  50% if guest cancels between 30 & 90 days before of arrival date.

Admin costs of 10% can be charged if cancels before 90 days of arrival date

In the event of early departure or no- show a 100% fee will be charged

Cancellations need to be received in writing to the hotel
