CALMING ANXIETY - a nourishing workshop for body & mind
Calm and relaxation is vital for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
This 3 hour workshop includes:
- Low-impact exercises to calm the nervous system.
- First-aid techniques to clear 'fight-&-flight' from the body
- TRE & vagus nerve stimulation for regulating the nervous system
- Personalized Bach flower remedy for mental and emotional wellbeing.
