You will experience the amazing frequencies and vibration of this 38inch planetary tuned Paiste Sun Gong while floating around in the sparkling swimming pool at De Kloof heritage hotel on a buoyancy mat.

what to expect
- A comfortable yoga Nidra relaxation in lying down position on pool cushion
A Gong Sound Journey - Deep relaxation in an open air setting .
- Refreshments
If you prefer , you can be on dry land on the poolside sun loungers instead of floating in water.
Please book early and state whether you’d like a floating bed or you’d prefer a pool-side lounger .
Alternatively let us know if you wish to bring your own suitable inflatable to float on in the pool .
Minimum age 18 years.

* swim or pool costume and dry clothes
Contra-indications:-
Not suitable for pregnancy , epilepsy , heart pace makers or anyone with autism.
Floating participants must have the life skill of being able to swim.
